STEREO
A subterranean refuge beneath Covent Garden inspired by the late-night culture of New York and London offering a curated mix of entertainment from cocktails and live music to food. A spectacular central bar welcomes guests, a stage for live music invites them to stay a little longer. A place to arrive for an aperitif and dance into the early hours.
Farm Club
An icon of Verbier, a legendary institution of alpine nightlife. Opened in 1971 and founded by Serafino and Giuseppe Berardi, a nightclub that has spanned decades where once upon a time, Diana Ross and David Bowie graced the dance floor. A nod to alpine elegance, a place to let loose and soak up the music well into the night.

A subterranean sanctuary of wellness waiting to be discovered. The juxtaposition of the rugged coast balanced with the tenderness of bespoke massages, facials and rituals. Each treatment combines leading wellness products from Biologique recherche and Susanne Kaufmann, the hammam is a cocoon of warmth before, the outdoor pool to refresh after.

A post-modern building carved into the land, as if emerging from the ground. Outside, a heated pool and lounge chairs lined up. Inside, a second pool awaits alongside treatment rooms, a gym, sauna, hammam and treatment rooms using renowned Biologique Recherche and Oskia brands. A veritable escape to nourish the soul.

Candle light flickers, another service begins. Behind each meal, teams humbly led by chefs selected for their nuanced expertise and connection to each place. Jackson Boxer takes the helm in London and the Cotswolds. Gregory Marchand takes a playful twist on food in Paris and Biarritz. In Venice, Denis Begiqi leads the kitchen, and in New York Eric Bolyard's dishes are a whimsical interpretation of fine dining. And finally, Giovanni Passerini explores French and Italian classics in Rome and Paris.
