NIGHT CLUBS
Legendary nights made
to remember

Hidden behind unassuming doors in London and Verbier, nights unfold as the sun goes down. A symphony of sound beckons. The reverberation coming from the DJ booth, the echo of cocktails shaking, the pop of champagne. Familiar faces, a dance floor moving to the beat. Minutes turn to hours, just to emerge before the morning sun returns.
La Compagnie Centre St
249 Centre St, New York, NY 10013, United States
reservation@compagnienyc.com
A piece of Paris in Manhattan. A gem tucked away on Centre Street, at the crossroads of Nolita, Soho and Little Italy. A hideaway for hard-to-find bottles of wine from around the world. A haven food with a whimsical nod by chef partner Eric Bolyard, an oasis of education on wine, from natural wines and French vineyards to everything in between.
La Compagnie Flatiron
Due north in the heart of Flatiron, the second iteration of our Manhattan wine bar and sister to the original La Compagie’s first in Paris, and then London. Hidden on a quiet street just above Experimental Cocktail Club. A place where evenings are spent over rare wines and a menu of interesting flavours by chef partner Eric Bolyard.
American Bar
116 Rue du Temple, 75003 Paris
+33 06 74 86 00 89
A vision of New York reimagined on Parisian streets. Each night, cocktails at the American Bar are a reminder of the Big Apple. The shimmer of crystal glasses and low-slung seats, sipping chilled martinis through conversation, nights tucked away at the hotel bar. An invitation to the city that never sleeps, right in the heart of Paris.
The Shed
Perched above Les Grands Boulevards, a rooftop bar open all year round right in the heart of the 2nd arrondisement. A veritable cocktail utopia, come rain or shine. A hidden oasis to soak up the summer sun and retreat from winter’s cold embrace, where panoramic views are best enjoyed over cocktails with friends.
The Shell
A tribute to the seaside, a nod to Marie-Antoinette, a self-confessed lover of shells and mosaics. A cold weather refuge, where cocktails are sipped at the bar hidden away from the crowds on Les Grands Boulevards. Copper gleams, a rich patina ageing with time. The warmth of velvet chairs, the invitation to sip cocktails well into the night.
Experimental Cocktail Club Paris
The first chapter of our story, a cocktail bar inspired by New York’s iconic speakeasies. A cosy bar that speaks volumes, telling tales of Paris’ cocktail renaissance that began in 2007 with a distinctly French touch. A genuine landmark in the 2nd arrondissement for cocktail lovers, a place where the Experimental journey laid its first roots.
STEREO Covent Garden
A subterranean haven for music, cocktails and food in London where live bands make way for late night DJs, the cocktails are top notch and the food is worth a pause from the dance floor.
Farm Club, a Verbier icon
A legend surrounded by snow-capped mountains, an icon of nightlife dating back half a century. Farm Club opened its doors in 1971 and has become a reference for nightclubs. Tucked away in Verbier, the club has seen David Bowie and Diana Ross grace its dance floor and Bob Sinclair and Derrick Carter DJ well into the night. Today, the parties continue, an escape from life where the night never seems to end.
