From the beginning
A story that began in the summer of 2007, the first chapter for Experimental. A bar tucked away, the beginning of the cocktail renaissance in Paris inspired by New York's clandestine cocktail bars of the time. Today, the story continues across cities from London, Paris and New York, to Venice, Verbier and Val d'Isère and finally, the Cotswolds.

A gem tucked away in the heart of Cotswolds, where the fireplace crackles in the winter and cocktails are sipped on the terrace throughout summer. Prescription Cocktail Club
An icon of the Left Bank, a cosmic cocktail lounge where drinks are served with a theatrical touch. Beyond the doors, draped fabrics and velvet sofas tucked away in discreet corners, a bar hidden away from plain sight. Late night revelry ensues as the DJ plays, a celestial cocktail journey of otherworldly flavours beckons.
The Shed
Perched above Les Grands Boulevards, a rooftop bar open all year round right in the heart of the 2nd arrondisement. A veritable cocktail utopia, come rain or shine. A hidden oasis to soak up the summer sun and retreat from winter’s cold embrace, where panoramic views are best enjoyed over cocktails with friends.
