Perched above the streets of Ibiza Town sits our rooftop cocktail bar. Offering panoramic views across the Ibiza, sunset cocktails are sipped against the backdrop of the marina, Old Town "Dalt Vila". The perfect place for evening cocktails as the sun slips beneath horizon and inky skies reveal starry nights. The cocktail menu is a mix of Experimental classics and twists inspired by Balearic flavours.

A gem tucked away in the heart of Cotswolds, where the fireplace crackles in the winter and cocktails are sipped on the terrace throughout summer.
